My buddy Sara on
SCS has a weekly color challenge SCA3C19. I have been trying to play, but finally got a chance this week. She
challenged us to use the Raspberry Fizz color and patterned papers. Well, I have been hoarding the paper and decided to make something fun with it. So, I got out my Spellbinders Nesting Flower dies and this is what happened ...

I used some True Black scraps to make the stripes in the background and another scrap of Raspberry Fizz for the sentiment. I think its pretty cute. Here's a closer view of the flower - I folded up the petals a bit and the whole thing is popped up on foam tape for some dimension.

Have a great Wednesday everyone! I will be working away at the sewing machine - hip hip hooray for Spring Break!
