A Man Card

Happy Monday! Party's over ... its back to work today. At least I get to ease in with a teacher workday! LOL

Anywho .... today is my bestie's husband's birthday. He's 32 today and he loves mail, so I whipped up a card for him and hopefully he got it today. I am pretty terrible at "man cards" because well, ribbons just aren't right on them. LOL But I did add some vinyl letters to this card because I thought it would be fun and he's worked in a sign shop cutting vinyl in the past so I thought he'd "get it." We'll see. He'll probably be more excited about the gift card inside! :-) I needed something to fill the space on teh sentiment strip, so I added some punctuation points from the alpha set. I think in hindsight, I'd change the happy to be centered and put a dot on either side. But overall I am happy with how this man card came out.

Have a great day back in the grind! Thanks for stopping by!

  1. This is a great "man" card! I love the idea of vinyl letters on a card, and I like the 3 dots to the left of the "happy"--it's perfect!
