Enjoy the Ride

TGIF y'all! :-) This card is the cutest thing. I love the ribbon grass! The sentiment is pretty fitting for today since on Monday, I start teacher workdays at a new school. I sure hope I enjoy the ride, which will probably start off with a few bumps as I learn the ropes. But hopefully, it will even out and be as fun as riding this bike looks like it would be.

Again, my buddy Sandye provided this cute image. I colored it with a dark grey Copic marker and added a Melon Berry seat and wheels with some big ole buttons. Then, I decided I would stitch some ribbon scraps for grass. (Squeal!) I cut a slit in the green panel and tucked the white panel and grass in so that you couldn't see the stitches. Love it. I also stamped some polka dot outlines in Fresh Snow on the yellow card base, but its hard to see in the photo.

Hope you are all having a fab start to the weekend! Thanks for stopping by!
